What is ‘WalkRight’ ?
WalkRight, an micro activity by SCAPS in coordination with government teacher to conduct in Government schools to educate children (Age 11 - 15 years) on pedestrian safety
The WalkRight program educates the child in follow
- Road safety
- Right Walking behaviour in public places
- Motivation to follow and understand the pedestrian rules
- Self motivated pledge to follow the road safety rules
What does Each WalkRight program kit include ?
- Illustrious Notes on road and general safety for pedestrians
- A short film on road safety
- Display Posters on pedestrian safety
- A Pledge Card to all children to follow road rules
- SCAPS also provides in-Phone support to conduct the activity
What can you do?
We need your help to take this activity across the country and different remote rural areas to teach, motivate children on Road Safety. You can help them take a pledge that they will follow Pedestrian rules in day-to-day life
It takes Rs. 15/- to educate one child through WalkRight program.
You can choose to contribute as little as Rs 15/- to educate one child.
